Refund policy

No Hassle Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In such cases, we will be happy to refund or credit the original price of the item.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

Please note: Postage, packaging, and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Simply contact us to fill in your returns form.

If you choose to use our returns service with An Post, €14 per box will be deducted from your refunded amount.

If items are returned not in their original packaging, we are unable to accept them for either credit or full refund.

Received the Wrong Item?

We always aim to ship exactly what you ordered. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@jollylearning.ie.
Emails are monitored Monday – Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT.

Missing an Item?

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@jollylearning.ie. We will begin investigating immediately.

Faulty or Damaged Item?

If your item appears faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@jollylearning.ie or call 0749126958 within 5 days of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Can I Exchange an Item?

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges via our online returns system. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.

Backordered Items

If an item is on backorder, it means we currently do not have it in stock. Our purchasing team will order it from our supplier, and allocate stock as soon as it arrives.

Want In-Stock Items Delivered First?

If you'd like your in-stock items dispatched immediately and backordered items to follow later, an additional shipping charge of €6.50 applies. Please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request this.
