Jolly Phonics Pupil Book 2 (black and white edition)

This is the second of two write-in pupil books that provide fun and engaging lesson activities for young children in their first year of learning to read and write.

The weekly units in Pupil Book 2:

• Build and consolidate the reading and writing skills taught in Pupil Book 1.
• Cover four main topics: Alternatives, Handwriting, Tricky Words, and Words and Sentences.
• Introduce and revise the main alternative letter-sound spellings, capital letters and alphabet, further tricky words, guided writing activities and a variety of reading comprehension activities.
• Come with step-by-step lesson plans and comprehensive support, provided in the Jolly Phonics Teacher’s Book

This new edition has been updated in line with the changes made to the colour pupil books. It includes a fresh new look, a contents page for easier navigation and clear signposting of the weekly units, which are fully aligned to the Jolly Phonics programme for consistency of teaching.
